Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and television host. Angela Sun is a multi-award award-winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She has a diploma in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she was a part of a number of pro-am events. Sun was sponsored by big companies, including Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. Her recognition through these events was like rocket fuel that fueled her entry into the entertainment industry. Later, she went to become an actress, sportscaster filmmaker and investigative journalist. Sun was employed by several news channels mainly as an anchor. She worked for Fox Sports Net as a reporter from 2003. Sun also been host of American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in the year 2012. In 2014 Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute. She's the very first Asian American personality to be featured on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting abilities have gained her fame. She has worked in movies such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun's feature-length document Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a documentary that focused on the impact of plastic pollution on the oceans. She wrote, directed and produced it all by herself.
