Lindsey-Vonn

Lindsey Vonn was born in 1984 and is now retiring. In 2010, she won four World Cup events, including the downhill title. She has the second-highest Super Score of any skier either female or male. Hers is among the most skilled skiers in history and is the most loved skier from the United States. Lindsey American World Cup alpine ski racer Caroline Vonn also known as Lindsey Vonn competes for the US Ski Team. She is the four-time winner of the World Cup. She has an extensive and prestigious history with American sports. There are only six females who have won the five World Cup alpine ski events. They have won 82 World Cup titles in all. A world-class skier and one of America's most popular ski racers has made the decision to quit after the World Championships which take place in Sweden. Her retirement came after a long list of health issues. Social media was used to make her announcement of retirement. The final race I will run in my career will be held at Re Sweden next week, at the Downhill World Championships and SG World Championships.

An image of her at a 17-year-old track meet became viral in 2007 and led her to become a pole vaulter. Instagram and Twitter have helped her build a huge social media following.
