Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as one of sport's best athletes. Biles together with her siblings Adria Biles and Ronald Biles were adopted as young children by grandparents of Houston. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics when she was just six during a day-care field trip to Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years under supervision of coach Aimee Boorman. Biles received a silver medal in vault, as well as a gold medal on the floor gymnastics at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. She began competing in elite levels of gymnastics competition. She was the most dominant in her sport within a mere two years.
