At the age of 19, she published her first debut single Here. The song received praise both from music critics and listeners. The track reached the top 19 of both Billboard Hot 100 in Canada as well as the Canadian Hot 100. Even Rolling Stone listed the hit as among most popular Songs of 2015. An album label, EP Entertainment, noticed her and allowed her write songs.
